Bankruptcy fees
From the 6 April 2010, the bankruptcy deposit will cost £450.
This must be paid when a person petitions for bankruptcy. This increase brings the total cost of petitioning for bankruptcy to £600, including the court fee of £150, unless someone is eligible (likely if in receipt of some benefits) for remission of fee: Complete Form EX160.
